Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Stockholm to the EU countries available in the country selector. The delivery method, price and estimated delivery time that apply to your order are shown in the basket and at checkout before you place the order.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the destination, stock availability, public holidays, carrier operations and whether a product has a longer lead time. The estimate for your destination is shown at checkout. Any special lead time is stated on the product page or in the order confirmation.

Carrier and tracking

Orders are normally shipped with DHL. Where tracking is available, you receive a tracking link. Check your delivery details before placing the order and contact us immediately if something needs to be corrected.

Delay or transit damage

Contact order@hjartgruppen.se if a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing. Photographs of visible damage to the packaging and goods are helpful. Your statutory rights are not affected.
