14-day right of withdrawal for consumers

If you buy as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person appointed by you, receives the goods. You can use the electronic withdrawal function in your customer account or send a clear notice to order@hjartgruppen.se before the deadline. You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Send the goods to Alvyri AB, Årstaskogs väg 10, 117 55 Stockholm, Sweden. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal. Pack the goods securely and keep your posting receipt.

We refund the price of the goods and the least expensive standard delivery we offered when you placed the order. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, the additional cost is not refunded. We use the same payment method and issue the refund no later than 14 days after your notice, but may withhold it until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where the law provides an exception, including goods made to your specifications and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. We state clearly before purchase if an exception applies.

Faulty goods and statutory guarantee

Consumers have at least a two-year statutory guarantee under EU rules. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description and, if helpful, photographs. For a justified claim, we cover reasonable return costs and provide repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as required by applicable law.

Business purchases

The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases unless agreed otherwise in writing.
