1. The seller

Milistuff is operated by Alvyri AB, Swedish company registration number 559024-7952, Årstaskogs väg 10, 117 55 Stockholm, Sweden. Contact: order@hjartgruppen.se.

2. Prices and orders

In the English-language EU store, prices are shown in EUR including applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping and any other costs are shown before you place the order. An automatic confirmation means that we have received the order; the contract is concluded when we accept and process it. If there is an obvious pricing or stock error, we contact you before shipping.

3. Payment

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout and may include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. The selected provider processes the payment under its terms.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, price and expected delivery time are shown in the basket, at checkout or on the product page. See our shipping policy.

5. Withdrawal, returns and faulty goods

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and at least a two-year statutory guarantee under the rules applicable to cross-border EU purchases. Use the electronic function in your customer account or see our returns and refunds policy. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases unless agreed otherwise.

6. Products and liability

Always follow the product labelling, instructions for use and applicable professional guidance. Product images and colours can differ slightly from the actual goods. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Applicable law and disputes

Swedish law applies without limiting the mandatory consumer protection available in your country of residence. Contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter. Consumers may also bring a dispute before a competent court.
