Occlusive seal for open chest injuries
SAM Chest Seal is designed to treat, seal and, if necessary, reseal open chest injuries. The occlusive dressing prevents air from entering the chest cavity through the injury.
Adheres in extreme conditions
SAM Chest Seal adheres securely in extreme heat, cold, moisture and sweat. The dressing can be removed and reapplied as needed without any significant loss of adhesion.
Approvals
Meets the CoTCCC (Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care) desired characteristics for chest dressings. Used internationally by military and emergency services.
