Thomas Select Tube Holder is a tube-securing device developed for pre-hospital settings and intensive care, with a press-and-turn mechanism that secures an endotracheal tube, supraglottic airway or laryngeal mask in seconds without repeated palpation to confirm the correct depth.

The press-and-turn mechanism works by pressing the tube into the opening in the tube clamp and turning it a quarter turn.
